Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student discipline at the Private High School Telukdalam Campus, South Nias. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using involvement, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the principal, teachers, and students. The data processing is achieved by analyzing the data, data categories, data categories, and concluding. The results obtained that school culture can improve student discipline but must be supported by school facilities and high teacher competence, teacher competence greatly affects student discipline, school facilities greatly influence and determine student discipline, principal leadership also affects student discipline. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that to improve student discipline, school culture, teacher competence, and principal leadership must be supported by adequate school facilities.
